Refund & Cancellation Policy

Watson & Sons Carpentry, is committed to providing high-quality services. This Refund &
Cancellation Policy explains the terms for canceling services, requesting refunds, and
rescheduling appointments.
1. Appointment Cancellation
● Clients may cancel scheduled appointments or services by contacting us at least 72
hours in advance.
● Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a
cancellation fee.
● Appointments can be rescheduled based on availability without penalty if communicated
in advance.
2. Refunds
● Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the service
and work completed.
● Prepaid amounts for services not yet performed may be refunded in full if cancellation
occurs with adequate notice.
● For partial work already completed, a pro-rated refund may be provided based on
services rendered.
3. Rescheduling Services
● Clients may request to reschedule services without penalty if done with at least 72 hours’
notice.
● We will work to accommodate new dates based on availability and project requirements.
● Rescheduled appointments are subject to confirmation by our team.
4. Service-Specific Terms
● Custom projects, such as custom woodwork, cabinetry, or built-ins, may have unique
terms regarding cancellations or refunds.
● Any upfront materials purchased specifically for your project may be non-refundable.
● Our team will always communicate such terms clearly before starting any custom
service.
